The editorial guides are built around Riley's fieldwork and original photography. Directory facts—hours, access, event dates, addresses, and official notices—are kept separate, linked to sources, and rechecked because those details can change.

Original Deep in the Lakes photographs are identified as such. Empty image spaces are deliberate assignment notes, never stock imagery passed off as firsthand work. Affiliate links are marked and do not decide what receives editorial coverage.
